My favorite 20 looks of 2010 (July-Dec)

I love every piece of this outfit from head to toe, the end.

First day of outfit during my London trip back in September.

I wore this outfit for my best friend's dinner. When I first saw this jacket in Japan back in July, I didn't buy it. And few months later, I saw it in a store in Hong Kong, and I just had to get it! Great job, Bulmung.

This is the outfit for the Christian Louboutin party. And it was my first time to meet Sharon, unforgettable night!

Studio 805, you are truly amazing.

I wore this to the Lane Crawford 160 anniversary party. The outfit is designed by Sadak. And the shoes are designed by Wali Mohammed Barrech.

Unforgettable day in London.

Konrad Parol, new discovery of this year, after I bought this piece through http://www.notjustalabel.com/, few months later, his pieces are selling in stores in Hong Kong, brilliant!!!!

These amazing shorts are specially designed by Rene Gurskov. I am so excited about the trip to Copenhagen. Thank you so much!
The shoes are from J.W. Anderson. He supposed to be the next big thing in the fashion world, we will see! And the deisgner is only 27 y.o, same age as me! I am so proud of him, I wish him the very best in the future.

Being silly in the hotel room in London.
The purple color of my suede leather boots is just so intense, I love it so mmuch.

Speechless.

I love the headpiece so much. And I had an amazing dinner that night with the love of my life, I love you so much.

Vintage jacket which is made in Hong Kong, woohoo!

I wore this outfit to my best friend's birthday dinner, again, I love Studio 805.

These two pieces are just ART! Ziad Ghanem, thank you so much!

Asai from Kniq, thank you so much!

Let's just say....... Ziad rules my fashion world....

Sadak Sadak Sadak

I wore this outfit to the Gareth Pugh store opening. I recieved so many hater comments online, however, in real life, I recieved so many compliments on that day, thank you, Winifred Lai.

I've been waiting to get this jacket ever since I saw Yann posted the pic before. Thank you so much, Yann and Wut Berlin. This amazing jacket is designed by Bzz. Another great discovery of 2010.

Alright, including with the last post, there are a total of 30 looks. Please forgive me, 20 looks is not enough for me to choose......

I hope 2011 is going to be a great year for me and for everyone who is reading this. I tried to be more active during the second half of 2010. Hopefully, this part of me will keep on progressing in 2011. I just really enjoy staying home. My love told me Capricon is always a loner, and I absolutely agree with that. Therefore, we will see how outgoing I can be in 2011 ^_^?

I am very grateful for my life. I constantly remind myself that I can never take anything for granted and never take advantage of anyone. I wish there will be more open minded people in this world. Before you try to judge anyone, please judge yourself first. Then may be you will have a second opinion of certain things.

Always be kind with one another.

Love always,
Joey

  4. 1) SO jealous you got to go to the Lane Crawford anniversary party, I LOVE Lane Crawford - when I was in Hong Kong I went to 3 of their 4 stores but didn't see that giant Buddha on the other island...oops, priorities.
    2) So you're from Hong Kong originally, but not living there now?
    3) That striped multicolored vintage jacket is so fun and I think the only thing I've seen on here I could even attempt to wear, although your shoe collection is tempting!

  6. Aw thanks for the compliment, you're too nice! I actually live right now in a small town in Virginia, but lived in China last year, in 青岛 on the coast. I like that tumblr layout for the personal style series because I think side scrolling is great - you could get it too! I write and post more photos at http://commeartiste.blogspot.com and it's a more normal layout like this one :-)
